Bringing Chinese Medicine into Your Everyday Life

One of the lovely things about Chinese Medicine is that supporting your health doesn’t always have to be complicated. Sometimes it starts with simple choices, like enjoying a warm, nourishing bowl of congee or paying a little more attention to the foods that make you feel your best.

Food is just one part of the bigger picture. Chinese Medicine looks at the relationship between digestion, energy, sleep, stress and overall well-being, recognising that these aspects of health are closely connected.

At The Chi Flow Acupuncture in Warkworth, I take an individual approach to care, using acupuncture and the principles of Chinese Medicine to support your health and well-being.
